I have been working on my own novel inspired by English history for around five years. I have written rougly 70,000 words plus short stories regarding the world's mythology and events before the book, as well as designing and drawing world maps and coats of arms. I love story writing and this is a valuable skill for game narrative.
I lead a group of five committee members to run the University tennis club consisting of of 300 members. This involved organising, running and coaching tennis sessions, as well as completing admin for the club and ensuring my comittee were doing their jobs successfully. I also founded a development squad, which provided a transitional element for players to work their way into competing BUCS teams.
I lead and supported a group of 35 students as they climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro over 6 days. This also involved heading fund raising activities for the group and supporting my team before and during the climb.
Working with a team of five I promoted and ran charity events for my hall. We were part of a larger team of 80 students working together, raising £1.76million for charity over that year.
